These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RingRiddle website and lookup tool (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

RingRiddle is a phone number intelligence lookup tool that returns line type, carrier, and caller name information sourced from third-party providers. We report what the provider returns. We never promise guaranteed identity, exact location, or address. Availability and accuracy of any result depend on the underlying provider and the number queried.

2. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and its results are not consumer reports as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use the Service, or any information obtained through it, to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for numbers you have a lawful basis to look up.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten any person;
• Use the Service for any FCRA-covered purpose described in Section 2;
• Resell, redistribute, or build a competing database from results without authorization;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its providers;
• Look up numbers without a lawful basis, or in violation of applicable privacy or telecommunications law.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Results are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that any result is accurate, complete, current, or available for a given number. A documented no-match counts as a completed result.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for lookup data and payment processing. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of those providers.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not misuse the Service, transmit unlawful material, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingRiddle and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or reliance on any result.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which RingRiddle operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
